Great day at Rushmoor, excellent courses and the rain held off until most had finished.

Weather looking good for next week as well, as we move to a very different area with Blackwood. This area is covered in very deep depressions for the reason that it is north of Southampton docks and when the bombers crossed the channel during WW2, many tried to avoid the air defences around Southampton docks so they drifted north and then just shed their loads along what was a main road to London, the A33, before scotting off home.

The woods are very open so it will be compass and pacing to the fore and lets hope we are all running through sunlight forest again.
